Elijah.

Elijah is a man of faith who believes business owners deserve someone who listens first. Most owners are buried in decisions about taxes, benefits, systems, and people, and they're pitched by a dozen vendors who each know one piece.

"The tools were new. The problems were old. Someone still had to care how it turned out."

With years of experience in data migration and ERP onboarding, Elijah has spent his career helping businesses fix the work behind the scenes. Today Logos & Telos leads with a benefits program that can lower an employer's payroll taxes while giving employees real healthcare. Elijah starts the conversation, and when a business qualifies, he introduces it to the program's specialists, who onboard the business and take it from there. He also holds 17 professional certificates in AI, trains teams to use it well, and built LYJAH ERP from what he learned on client projects.

It all began in ministry, helping worship leaders hear their songs finished. That creative work continues on the side.
