Effective October 9, 2026; updated October 10, 2026. This policy explains what information Logos & Telos LLC collects through logosandtelos.com and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organization, the services you're interested in, and your message, plus your phone number, preferred contact time, role, and company size if you share them.
- Basic visit statistics. We count page views to understand which pages are useful. These statistics are anonymous and aggregated; they don't identify you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don't ask for payment details on this website, and we don't buy or collect information about you from other sources.
We only know what you choose to tell us, plus anonymous page counts.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to prepare quotes, and to deliver the services you ask for. If you send us a message, we also send one automatic email confirming we received it. We don't add you to a mailing list without your permission, and we never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business conversations, generally no longer than three years unless you become a client. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project and for tax and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@logosandtelos.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including under Oregon law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Other details
