For CFOs and HR leaders
The details, for the people who check them.
How it works, who qualifies, and what happens on the call. No figures here; yours come from your own payroll.
01The mechanism
An existing provision. Applied properly.
The program puts an existing provision of the IRS tax code to work. Qualifying employers can lower their payroll taxes while offering employees real healthcare benefits, at little or no net cost to the business.
Savings vary from business to business. They depend on your payroll and on how many of your employees take part. The specialists show exactly how the provision applies to you on the discovery call.
02Requirements
What a business needs.
- An ACA-compliant health plan offered to employees.
- At least 10 employees working full time.
- Eligible employees who work at least 30 hours a week.
- Those employees enrolled in your existing employer-provided health insurance plan.
03The discovery call
What it covers.
- Whether your business qualifies.
- How the provision applies to your payroll.
- What you'd save, and what your employees receive.
- What setup involves, and who does it.
The business census.
The specialists need a census of your business to confirm they can help and to give you accurate information to base your decision on. Useful to have on hand:
- Headcount, and who works 30 or more hours a week.
- Your current health plan and who is enrolled.
- A recent payroll summary.
04After you qualify
The specialists take it from there.
Elijah starts the conversation and sets up the discovery call. If your business qualifies and you decide to go ahead, the program's specialists onboard your business and manage the program from then on.
The introduction and the discovery call are free, and there's no obligation.
05The fine print
Elijah is not an insurance agent; he is an affiliate partner of an insurance provider. We make no guarantee that your business will qualify for savings; eligibility and savings are confirmed by the program's specialists on your discovery call. Savings vary from business to business and depend on your payroll and your employees' participation. Nothing on this website is tax or legal advice; review any decision with your own tax and legal advisors. See the Terms of Service.
Let's talk.
Tell Elijah about your team. If it fits, he'll set up your call with the specialists.
